Most companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE) have stringent reporting requirements to the TSE and to investors. Our client, PanOrient Energy, needed a website that would help push its brand and keep investors up-to-date on new developments.
Solution:
Working from a brand developed by Dean Bartsch at Station Studios, we designed a custom Content Management System (CMS). We programmed the PanOrient website to automatically draw a digital feed from its dissemination service. In other words, this enabled the site to seamlessly populate the pages with current press releases, live stock exchange quotes and graphs.
We also created areas in the site where PanOrient staff can update operations information for their oil & gas exploration projects. Employees can upload graphs, quarterly reports and information for investors to review.
The Result:
Our work saved the PanOrient staff a great deal of time, and allowed the Public Relations team to have full and immediate control of the website and the public relations messages it disseminates. This removed the need to deal with the constant stream of press releases, helped streamline public relations commitments, and provided a strong online brand for the company.
